and Kayaking Trails

Florida Canoe and Kayak Trails

The Florida Department of Environmental
Protection has identified 38 publicly-owned
canoe trails
scattered around the state that
cover more than 1,000 miles of waterways.

Including some of Florida's most outstanding
waters
, not allare strict canoe trails but may
be open to motorboats. Many also flow through
private property, making it illegal for you
to land a canoe or kayak.
